PEACE AND QUIET

Please, speak softly upon entering the spa as services can be in progress. Please, silence your cell phone before you come through the front door to ensure all guests have a relaxed experience. If you are accompanied by a child, please, ensure you watch them carefully. Quiet is necessary to be sure guests’ experiences are not interrupted.

AGES & STAGES

We’re happy to welcome young floaters. Guests under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign a release form. We have a pool available if parents would like to float with their child. Parents can also sit in or outside the room.

· For guests 12 years of age and under, we ask for a parent or guardian must be on site.

· For guests 13-17 years of age, a parent or guardian does not need to be on site.


EXPECTING MOTHERS

While most doctors have no concern with pregnant women floating during the second and third trimester, as with most new activities, it’s recommended to check with your physician before your first float while pregnant.  


LOST / STOLEN / DAMAGED ITEMS

Buoy Underground is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.


Policies


LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT

We have a set schedule and other guests follow your appointment. If you happen to be late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you based on what our schedule allows. However, in consideration to the next guest, and our schedule, your treatment will end at its originally scheduled time.


24-HR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the appointment time will not be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment time and no shows will result in the full charge. Terms can change without notice.


Inclement Weather Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is that appointments with less than 24-hour’s notice or no shows incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.


Returns/Exchange Policy

We want you to love it. If you’re not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, then bring it back. Products can be exchanged or returned within 5 days of purchase with valid receipt. All refunds are for Buoy Underground SPA CREDIT ONLY.

Gift certificates, memberships, and Spa service packages are non-refundable.
